Ben and Mommy had the opportunity to get together with their friends Gretchen and Zac this weekend. Gretchen and Zac made a trip to CT from RI to visit. We met them in Old Saybrook at a wonderful place called Stay & Play.

It is a great place for both children and parents. This place is unbelievable. It is a warehouse that has been made into a huge play yard for small children and the woman who owns the place did not miss a beat with innovation. It is parent friendly including a coffee bar, bathrooms that are baby friendly and parent friendly and to top it off, this place is the cleanest children's play scape I have ever experienced.
Ben and Zac were able to have their lunch on a school bus which was equipped with highchairs and table/chairs sets. Very cool!
Ben loved every minute of watching his buddy Zac do all of the Big Boy activities and he certainly was taking it all in. Mommy and Gretchen had lunch in Essex at The Essex Yacht Club where Ben sat in a big boy highchair for the first time. He was a pro and thought he was a cool little cat.
We had a great time spending the day with our dear friends and look forward to many more days together as the weather gets nicer. Gretchen and Mommy both have Fridays off from work, so we will see one another more frequently, during Spring and Summer. We can't wait to spend time with Zac & Gretchen at the beach along with Ben and Zac's Daddies.
